A mad minute addition drill for 1st and 2nd grade: 30 facts with sums to 20, stacked the way they appear in class. It is the paper version of the one-minute fact race, and the answer key is a separate PDF.

How to Solve Addition

Set a timer for one minute and say go. Work across each row, skip anything that stalls you, and stop at the buzzer. Check with the key, write the score on the line, and try again tomorrow with a fresh version.
